At SUS, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all pouches, wallets, bags, and backpacks. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
What's Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers all manufacturing defects on the following products:
- Pouches
- Wallets
- Bags
- Backpacks
This includes defects in stitching, zippers, hardware, and material failure under normal use.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Hats
- Cups
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality
