Remove poles, stakes, and framesWe can only accept fabric — tent body, rainfly, tarp, or canopy panels. Hardware can't travel in this box.

Stuff loosely into the box providedPlease fold the materials — without compressing tightly. Up to 1-2 tent or tarp fabrics fit comfortably.

Seal all seams with the tape provided
Run tape along every flap edge. For a box this size, one strip per seam is enough.

Remove the original shipping label, and underneath will be your return label
Keep the return label inside the clear pouch

Drop off the shipper to you closest carrierThe carrier may be able to schedule a pickup for your filled shipper
